Regina Tchelly and Carolina Movilla, translator of the project and member of Favela Organica team, participated in the World Cuisine Summit, on January 27th 2015. The purpose of the seminar, which was watched by more than 500 people, was sharing ideas and innovations related to food services. Favela Organica was invited to promote the project, by teaching all the participants how to put sustainability into practice in the global scenario of low resources. Favela Organica enchanted the whole public, by proposing new vision and attitude towards the food and ourselves, with a lot of love and respect. It was a huge success!
